CCR Advanced Mixed Gas Diver (MOD3)

The TDI CCR Advanced Mixed Gas Diver (MOD3) course represents the highest level of recreational technical CCR training and the pinnacle of rebreather education offered at Rubicon Diving. This program is designed for experienced CCR divers who want to push their limits safely while operating in demanding deep technical diving environments.

At Rubicon Diving, this course is delivered as a premium, high-level training experience. You will train in real Atlantic conditions, from boat-based operations, using the same procedures and discipline applied in expedition-level technical diving. Our CCR Instructor Trainers provide close supervision, small group ratios and structured coaching focused on precision and consistency.

This course develops your ability to conduct deep mixed gas CCR dives using trimix diluents, multiple bailout gases and complex decompression strategies. You will refine advanced skills including setpoint strategy at depth, gas density management, team protocols and advanced failure handling in demanding scenarios.

Training dives are progressive and scenario-based, allowing you to build confidence while maintaining strict procedural discipline. The focus is on precision, efficiency and safe execution of deep CCR dives.

Upon successful completion, you will be certified to conduct deep mixed gas CCR decompression dives, preparing you for expedition-level projects and the most advanced technical diving environments.
