At Rubicon Diving we pride ourselves on being the only dive centre on Lanzarote that offers daily guided diving trips to more than 30 dive sites where you can enjoy the abundance of sea life that Lanzarote has to offer. We dive every day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year so you can be sure that if you come to us we will be going out to dive.
A Typical Days Diving
At about 8.45 to 9.00 we meet at the dive centre to assemble our equipment and put it on the boat. If you are not staying close to the dive centre and do not have your own transport don't worry, as part of the complete customer service that we offer we can arrange to pick you up from you hotel or villa and return you there after your dive.
Our dive boats will go out at about 9.15 to 9.30 to visit the first dive site of the day. Each boat has a qualified professional skipper, a dive guide and a divemaster. The boats usually anchor at the day's dive site and then we enter the water and commence our dive as a group (or two groups in some cases).
After the first dive we return to the dive centre for a surface interval with coffee and cakes, a visit from Roxanne, Rubicon Diving's own Dive Dog and the usual discussion of what we have just seen. After our surface interval we usually leave at about 11.00 to 11.30 for our second dive. The second dive is always to a different site and we take care to ensure that as many different sites as possible are visited during the week so that divers on package do not repeat dives. We usually return to the Dive Centre at about 13.00 from our second dive where we wash and disassemble our gear. Following this you can relax with a hot shower and get your log book signed off and stamped. If you require it we can give you a lift back to you hotel or villa time for lunch .
