2. PADI-DSAT Tec Deep Diver

During this course you will learn to make gas switches, extended no-stop dives, decompression dives and accelerated decompression dives to a maximum of 50m/130ft using air, enriched air and 100% oxygen. The Tec Deep Diver course takes 8 to 10 dives to complete and you will gain all the necessary knowledge and skills to become a self sufficient and disciplined technical diver.

Prerequisites:

  • PADI Rescue Diver or equivalent
  • PADI Nitrox Diver or equivalent
  • PADI Deep Diver or equivalent
  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Minimum 100 dives (At least 20 Nitrox; 25 deeper than 18m/60ft and at least 15 deeper than 30m/100ft.)
 Equipment:
  • 2 Back-Gas Regulators
  • 2 Stage Regulators (1 O2 clean)
  • 2 Depth Gauges / Timer / Computer
  • 3 SPG´s (1 O2 clean)
  • Back Plate/Harness
  • Wings (redundant), min 20kg lift
  • Exposure Suit (full 7mm or dry suit)
  • Slates & Clips
  • Surgical tubing (2m/7ft.)
  • 2 Cutting Devices
  • Reel with Lift bag/SMB
